Our team has run into a slight delay while working to get back on track. The current estimate for all data for 2020-11-25 to be available in STAT is now 7:00 PM PST.

The great news is that STAT is back up and running today after an extended AWS outage overnight! We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The team is working diligently to get data caught up currently and we’ll provide an ETA as soon as possible!

[NOTICE] STAT Application Down due to AWS Outage

We regret to inform you that STAT is currently down due to an unexpected Amazon Web Service (AWS) outage.

This has disrupted our After Crawl collection process which is delaying November 25th SoV data in-app.

We currently don’t have an expected resolution time. However, our team is monitoring the situation extremely closely to ensure STAT is back up and running once this is resolved by AWS.

We look forward to posting another update as soon as possible —by tomorrow morning at the very latest.

We apologize for any disruption this causes and look forward to getting everything back up and running for you as soon as possible.
