For those of you who are still seeing the occasional 503 service unavailable pop-up error message in-app, we suggest doing a hard refresh of your browser.
Once the hard refresh is done, you should no longer be seeing this error message!
You can easily to get this done by pressing the following keys: 1) CTRL-F5 in Windows, or 2) ⌘-shift-R on Mac

We’re currently experiencing an intermittent issue resulting in the occasional 503 Service Unavailable pop-up error message in-app. We’ve made this a top priority and our Platform Team is on it.
As a first step, we suggest doing a hard browser refresh.
