We’re happy to report that Amazon Web Services (AWS) has resolved the Domain Name System (DNS) resolution errors for their external DNS providers.

Although we hadn’t noticed major impacts on STAT usability, it may have potentially resulted in some intermittent outages.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has notified us that they are currently investigating reports of occasional Domain Name System (DNS) resolution errors with their external DNS providers.

They are currently working towards a resolution. Although we haven’t noticed any major impact on STAT usability, it may potentially result in some intermittent outages that may prevent access.
