[RESOLVED] Temporary interruption to automated emails

We’re happy to announce this issue has been resolved. All emails, notifications, and reports should now be flowing smoothly. If, by chance, you didn’t receive a report or email that you were waiting for, please contact support@getSTAT.com and we’ll track it down.

On Sunday evening, we were alerted to a disruption in the automated emails that are sent from STAT. This includes:

  • Backfill notifications
  • Password resets
  • Trial account emails
  • Account activation emails
  • One-off and custom reports

The good news is that nothing is missing. All of your reports are queued-up and will be delivered safe and sound into your inbox once this issue with our third-party service provider is cleared-up.

In the meantime, you can access all of your reports in the Download Reports tab.

For custom reports, password resets, and account activations, please email support@getSTAT.com (don’t forget to include the report name/details).

We are working to correct this issue as quickly as possible, and will update this post as soon as it is resolved.
