UPDATE: Monday, October 10, 2016

Over the weekend, our dev team was hard at work on an issue that has resulted in incomplete ranking data. We are investigating a potential solution to this issue, and are continuing to test the fix. But it is taking a little longer than we originally anticipated.

At the moment, any keywords added after 12:00AM UTC on October 6 may return an N/A in the ranking column, and some dynamic tags may not be populated.

For keywords that were in the system before this time, all ranking data and dynamic tags should be appearing as normal.

As we continue to work on implementing the fix, we’ll keep you posted here. Again, any additional questions can be directed to support@getSTAT.com

Thanks kindly,
Derek and the STAT team

We are currently resolving an issue with our crawl on October 7, 2016. This will result in incomplete ranking data, and clients may see their data from October 6 mirrored over to October 7 in order to minimize any impact on reporting. However, some data in the lower tabs, including Archived SERPs and HTML SERPs will not appear until this issue is resolved.

Furthermore, clients who added new keywords into STAT after 12:00AM UTC on October 6 will not have the historical data to mirror over, so they will experience a delay in getting their ranking data.

Our dev team is working hard on a solution, and we’ll be sure to update you once we have a resolution. In the meantime, please reach out to support@getSTAT.com with any questions you may have, and thank you for your patience as we solve this issue.

Derek, and the STAT Team.
