We’re currently testing a fix for this parsing issue that our Data Collections Team is planning to deploy today. If all goes well, we expect to serve complete smartphone SERP data by tomorrow. We’ll post another update then to confirm whether this plan stayed on track or if we’ve run into any unexpected roadblocks.

We’ve run into a parsing issue that may be impacting some of your smartphone keywords. As a result, you may see a drop in your keyword rankings as well as incomplete SERPs in the archived SERP tab.

Our Platform Team has made this issue their top priority and they’re currently working around the clock to fix this. We’ll make sure to post another update within the next couple of days.

As usual, if you have any questions or concerns around this at all, you can always reach out to support@getstat.com!
