Due to issues beyond our control within our network, we were unable to complete the daily crawl on Friday, May 8.

In a confluence of bad luck, we had several separate networks go offline today. As a result, we were not able to crawl keywords for a significant portion of the day. We keep numerous back up networks available for situations just like this, but unfortunately, even our backup networks were affected by outage today.

We have resolved the issues with our vendors and are proceeding with crawling as many keywords as we can before the end of the day, but unfortunately we will not be able to crawl them all.

We do not expect further problems tomorrow, so all systems will be back to normal by Saturday May 9th.
