New features: Reporting engine & unified keyword import

Hi there. One of the best parts of my job is when I get to share awesome new features with all of you, and today is one of those days! We’ve just released two new STAT features:

  1. Our completely rebuilt reporting engine
  2. A brand new, streamlined keyword import workflow

Our development team has been working hard to bring these two new features to you, and you’ll find them available in STAT immediately. Both releases involve some foundational changes that aim to make your work easier.

NEW REPORTING ENGINE:

Reporting is a fact of life. There is no escaping the need to share your data with your team. But it shouldn’t be painful; it should be a breeze. So, we’ve made it even easier for you to create reports with a new, easy-to-use report creation wizard.

You can now:

  • add keywords to reports by tags, data views, or all at once
  • get multi-site ranking comparisons for your synced sites
  • choose daily, weekly, or monthly ranking average reports
  • select reports by individual search engine, and/or highest rank (all search engines)
  • review report information before finalizing and creating your report

Based on this new infrastructure, we will be releasing new report types and formats in the coming months. So, you can expect some very useful new reporting types to arrive in the coming months.

UNIFIED KEYWORD IMPORT:

We want to make it easy for you to import your keywords, but also to manage those imports in a frictionless workflow. One of our core commitments at STAT is to enable our clients to track huge volumes of keywords, and you all have been doing just that. However, it can be difficult to manage the import of 10,000+ terms at one time, especially when it comes to tagging and segmenting them. So, we’ve developed a new, intuitive interface for adding keywords to your site. This new interface allows you to:

  • manually input and upload .csv files at the same time
  • manually add new or existing tags to keywords
  • preview all keywords, tags and markets for quality control before importing
  • import multiple .csv files all at once

These features are now live and ready for you to dig in. We thrive on your feedback, so please, don’t hesitate to share your feelings with us. Let us know what you love, and what we can improve, and you can bet, we’ll do our best to delight you.

Until next time, I hope you all have a lovely Fall, and I’ll be in touch soon with our next round of feature releases in November!

Warm Regards,
Jamie & the STAT team
