[ONGOING] Some ranking data delayed for September 11, 2020
After putting in a ton of effort over the weekend, the team has managed to get things back on track. All data should be arriving in app close to on time from this point forward. We don’t anticipate any further issues and the root cause of the original problem will be addressed immediately to ensure it doesn’t recur. We’ll be going over the data that could potentially still be impacted (September 11) on Monday to see if there are any issues outstanding, and will post a final update on this incident once that investigation has concluded.

[ONGOING] Some Ranking and SoV data delayed for Sept. 11/12, 2020
The team has put in a lot of extra hours working around the clock on this issue, but we’re still seeing some impact and working to mitigate that. Currently that may include: delayed/missing ranks for September 11, 2020 and share of voice data for September 12, 2020 not being available until later today (September 13 PDT).

[ONGOING] Some Rankings delayed for September 11, 2020
The team has put in a ton of time working on this issue and managed to get the majority of ranking data into STAT. We’re expecting Share of Voice to be available around midnight PDT for September 11, 2020. Unfortunately we’ve run into an issue that may cause a small percentage of ranking data to still be unavailable for some keywords. We’ll be working over the next few days to get this data into STAT and will have a further update early next week.
