We’ve made some progress on this API issue but we’re still working on implementing improvements that will fully address this intermittent timeout error.
In the meantime, we suggest lowering your results parameters when making bulk requests. This will help alleviate our API as we continue to work on making progress to fully resolve this. We genuinely appreciate your help!
