Responding to Google’s reclassification of the answers results has taken a little longer than we expected. Our development team has implemented a great solution and has been hard at work over the past few days, re-parsing your data, updating charts and reports, and back-filling your Tags and Data Views. But it takes time to go through that much data.
That said, we’re still back-filling away. The reports and Bulk SERP exports are complete, and many clients will already see the back-filled data in STAT. Some, however, may spot some temporary inconsistencies or missing data over the next couple of days, but everything should be ironed out by Monday morning, May 23, 2016 and all your answers results will be back to normal.

At this point, all of your rankings have been re-parsed and are now appearing in STAT. The final step for us is to update your graphs, share of voice, and bulk exports with these reclassified result types.
This process is already underway and we’re anticipating being fully done by tomorrow, Thursday, May 19 at 5:00 pm PST. At that point, we will resolve this issue.
Thanks again for your patience,

We’re still crunching data and back-filling up a storm. This is taking a little bit longer than we originally anticipated and we’re aiming to have the answers and knowledge graph results back to normal by end of day Wednesday, May 18.
The daily ranking data currently displayed in STAT is unaffected by this issue.

As we continue to re-parse the answers results, we’ve temporarily paused one-off, daily, and weekly reports. This includes scheduled and non-scheduled, and all custom reporting. You can still request reports. They will be queued up in the system, and will run when the reporting is un-paused.
Once we’ve completed the re-parsing, we’ll run all the reports and they should start hitting your inbox after 1:00 AM PST, on Monday May 16.
In addition, a few clients may also have a temporary delay in data within their graphs. This too will be resolved after 1:00 AM PST on Monday May 16.

Because of an HTML change by Google on or around May 11, answers results have been misclassified as knowledge graph results in STAT.
Our dev team is currently hard at work resolving this issue. All answers and knowledge graph keywords are being re-parsed and reclassified. The data will be replaced over the weekend and we aim to have this fully resolved by end of day Monday, May 16.
We’ll update your ranking results and share of voice, and any bulk jobs than ran during that time will be re-run by Tuesday, May 17.
This should explain any temporary fluctuations you may see in your answers and knowledge graph rankings. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out at support@getSTAT.com.
Many thanks for your patience,
