This issue is now fully resolved. Thank you for your patience!
UPDATED: April 28, 2016 at 8:24 pm (PST)
We have completed the re-parsing of rankings for April 26 and 27. This data is now available to you in STAT.
We are continuing to backfill the data for the new share of voice feature in the Competitive Landscape tab for April 26-28, and prepping to run the bulk exports and reports for the same dates. This should be complete by mid-day April 29, at which time we will resolve this status.

As we continue to re-parse Google SERP data from April 26 and 27, we are pausing the creation of all new and existing reports that include those dates. This is to avoid any confusion caused by inaccurate report data.
Once the corrected data is available, we’ll un-pause the reports queue. (We’ll also automatically regenerate all reports and bulk jobs that have already been created for April 26 and 27.)
Reports that do not include data from April 26 and 27 are not affected in any way.
Note that data from April 26 and 27 will also be missing from the new share of voice feature in the Competitive Landscape tab. This will also be backfilled once the data is available.
NEW ISSUE: April 27, 2016 at 4:56 pm (PST)
We are working to correct a parsing issue with Google’s three-pack local results (“placesv3” in STAT) from April 26 and 27, caused by markup changes that Google has made to desktop SERPs.
In the meantime, your data for any desktop keyword with three-pack local results may not represent your true rankings. This does not affect your mobile keywords.
We are currently working to re-parse the SERPs, and will be backfilling your rankings with the corrected data. All reports and bulk jobs from April 26 and 27 will be automatically regenerated once the backfill is complete.
We are aiming to complete the backfill by April 28, by 6:00 pm PST, and send out reports by 5:00 pm PST on April 29. Stay tuned for updates.
Many thanks for your patience,
Derek and the STAT team.
