UPDATED APRIL 19, 8:35 PM (PST)
This issue is now fully resolved. Thank you for your patience!
UPDATED APR 19, 7:00PM (PST):
We are continuing to work on this issue, which was caused by a change at the search engine level. While the underlying issue has been resolved, we are in the midst of processing a backlog that contains some ranking data from April 16th and 17th.
This means that you may still see some inconsistencies in the data for the 16th and 17th, and that the Bulk and Adwords reports (as mentioned in our previous post) for the 18th will also be delayed.
Because of this, we will be sending out provisional Bulk and Adwords reports today, including data for the 16th and 17th. We will then send revised reports, as well as reports for the 18th, before 5:00 PM UTC on Tuesday, April 19th, at which point the data displayed within STAT — as well as the reports you will have received — will reflect your true rankings.
In the meantime, please reach out to support@getSTAT.com with any questions you may have, and thank you for your patience as we fix this system.
Derek, and the STAT Team.
