All clients on app.getstat.com should be aware that STAT experienced an incomplete crawl on Friday, July 17.

This issue is due to a major server upgrade the team is implementing over the weekend. We attempted to seamlessly upgrade without any hiccups but the added strain on the server has affected the crawl today. However, there is no need for panic, as ranking data from the previous day will be mirrored to ensure you do not see any wild dips in the Dashboard graphs or the Ranking Distribution charts.

The upgrade should be complete by tomorrow evening [July 18], so if you are using STAT this weekend, please keep in mind there may be some downtime between 2pm and 4pm PST on Saturday, July 18.

We do not expect any further issues, so back to business as usual by Monday, July 20.
