Well we almost got through it. We’ve found that for dynamic tags, the Competitive Landscape isn’t showing up correctly for 2021-02-06 and 2021-02-07. We’ll be working to get this data properly displayed as soon as possible.

The team has confirmed everything is back on track now. All your data should be safely in STAT, and there shouldn’t be any delays with data going forward.

[PENDING RESOLUTION] Ranking data delays from 2021-02-06 and 2021-02-07

The team managed to get things back on track quicker than expected and has hopefully avoided any cascading delays for fresh ranking data.

At this point most, if not all, sites should have both ranking and SoV / SERP feature data in STAT up until 2021-02-08. We’re holding off on closing this out until we confirm that all data is available, and should be able to evaluate the timeline for 2021-02-09’s data in the next few hours.

We’re now working diligently on getting that missing SoV and SERP Feature data to you as soon as we possibly can.

[IN PROGRESS] Ranking data unavailable for 2021-02-06 and 2021-02-07

The team is putting a plan in motion to resolve this completely. Currently, the targeted timeline is as follows:

  • Ranking data for February 5 / 6 / 7 for all customers: available by 6 pm PST
  • SERP feature and SoV data for February 5 / 6 / 7 for all customers: available AM PST February 9

Once the missed data is available, the team will be working to catch things up to our regular collection and delivery cadence, but the estimates for that will depend on how smoothly this part of the recovery goes.
